cool buterfly Dot and that is a gorgeous pic, Divine! Always amazes me, Sats, the wide open spaces you come up with so close to London. I've lived there and still think of it just as never ending buildings.

I don't think anyone can be recognised here- this is the football team who plays in the park and you can see a little bit of them from my house between the houses. It's Kingsbury Town (Orange) and I think they were playing Chalfont St Giles.

The Old Mill at night. Everyone calls it the Old Mill but its proper name is Shenton's Mill. It was a flour mill, built in 1835, and is now one of Perth's oldest landmarks.

Copago, were you spattered with mud by that bike? I like the old mill, MotherGoose, it looks lovely. Spanishliz, that household must like celebrating Christmas all year!

This morning we found a bat in a bottle. We have the bottles hung along the verandah as it's meant to stop swallows from nesting (doesn't work LOL). The bat must have got in through the night but then couldn't get out. We cut the bottle and here he is having flown away. Not the most attractive thing ever We have a big shed they normally live in and only get a couple a year around the house.
