I wonder why we have this particular forum, if when we report incorrect entries, there is nothing that can be done about them?

It's not for incorrect entries, it was originally set up so Terry could be notified of inappropriate content that needed to be filtered - now it serves as a good place for people to express their frustrations when the game is ambiguous. The same dictionary is used for Mind Melt, where its inaccuracies can cause even more issues. But it is the best thing available that can be (legally and freely) used for these games.

In the game that started at 10:00 am FT Time, the word Congo appeared.
It gave the correct answer as "black tea grown in china"
Have searched for that word and the closest that I have found was "congou".
Is it possible to omit this word in future games?

Congo is probably seen as one of annoying alternate spellings of Congou. Remember, Word Wizard and Mind Melt loves those alternates! I’ll bet the gremlins get together late at night with the overworked hamsters that keep the internet running to sneak in those alternate spellings.

Google also informed me that Congou tea was the tea of choice at that Boston Tea Party some of us learned about in history class.
