Four men wish to cross a bridge at night. One man takes 24 minutes to cross, the second takes 17 minutes, the third takes 13 minutes, and the last takes 3 minutes to cross. No more than two men may cross at a time. They have one flashlight that must be carried across on each trip. If two men cross the bridge together, they must walk at the pace of the slower one. What is the minimum time required to get all four men to the other side of the bridge?

I can only think one way would be quickest. That would be the fastest man to escort all three men across the bridge and carry the flashlight back himself. Starting with the slowest guy, they take 24 minutes, then he takes 3 minutes to cross back. Then he takes the 17 minute guy and takes 3 more minutes to cross back. Then he takes the 13 minute guy and, walla, all four guys are across. Adding up those scores gives you one hour even. Do I win?
