OK, here's something that caught me out.
On Sunday an editor accepted one of my quizzes. Five minutes later and before anyone had played it, a second editor took it offline. He was not happy with it. By Tuesday he was happy, and put it online.
I'm making no issue about that, because it helped the quiz.
However, I expected that when it went online on Tuesday, it would be at the top of the new quizzes list. Instead it was back with the Sunday quizzes and so far down the new quizzes list that you would have needed to be a modern-day Meriwether Lewis or William Clark to find it.
It's now crept into double figures for the number of play because some of the good old guys and gals on the Quiz Makers Guild took pity.
Now I know someone is going to quote Billy Joel at me - "Get it right the first time" - but I think that if a quiz has to come offline within such a short space of time, it should go back on again as if it was newly approved.
