Thanks Martin Cube for a good idea. A photo of something you made yourself, such as some sewing, craft, woodwork, garden, school project, painting.
I wanted to call it "Here's one I made earlier" which will mean something , but only to Brits I think.

My first personal computer was the dear old Sinclair ZX81. No sound, very basic graphics (black & white only) and a 'flat' keyboard which wasn't easy to use. I decided to see if I could make my own keyboard, using bits and pieces I could 'source' from my job as an electronic calculator engineer. There was a book about the computer at my local library so I was able to get the wiring diagram from that. The rest depended on my soldering & wiring skills. It worked first time though I did make several modifications to it to make it more user-friendly. This is it:

(Sorry, I don't know how to make a proper link! )

Nice one, martin cube! We weren't posh enough to have a sinclair, we started out on a Spectrum (8K I believe?) ...

and to enter a 'proper' link you type this:
[url =(paste your http address here)] the word you want people to click on [/ url] (with no spaces before or after the word 'url')

Thank you Toni.
Home computers have certainly come along way in the last 25 years! Much more fun making your own modifications though.

I couldn't resist this thread!

I made "The Twelve Days of Christmas" (individually with one partridge, two turtle doves etc) onto two cushion covers. Above is the first cushion cover - the other is right

I laid this patio area, about 4 metres square, and also built the large wooden pergola. The pergola uprights are 150mmm square, and go into the ground about half a metre, and the small central slabs are from an original Georgian house.
Sadly it's all coming down soon, in order to build a summer house!

I knitted this shawl for a very famous baby. It is now in use for the celebrity's sister apparently.

Everything is so beautiful that I hesitated to display my small effort, but I was only six or seven when I made this Easter egg at school. I still bring it out at this time each year.

Leaving this open for last minute entries. Next week's is "Cute animals I know or have met."
We seem to know so many.
