- The Brisbane v Perth game was dragged forward by the League, meaning that it was played and won by the time we all picked. Therefore, in the interests of fairness, I have dropped the game from this round.
- FussBudget still leads, and I am getting bored saying that.
 He picked up yet another HoF award.
- N-Bomb jagged a solo bonus point for the Jets win in Nth Queensland, and is now outright second.
- Howie72 stumbled over a spoon and drops to fourth, and srini701 finally overtook the no-shows to join the real race. He is spotting the leader a 19 points start.

No, that's happened in other comps. It's been done about four or five times, outside of the fact I've done that feat twice myself. It might be the first in A-League though.

This feat has been achieved 7 times over the last 10 years .. and there are another three comps where the winner was leader from week 2 all the way through to the finish. - The game between Gold Coast and Central Coast was abandoned because of torrential rain. No decision has been made about replaying the game, but if it is rescheduled in the future, I will tack it on to that week's games.
- The main interest in our comp is the race for second and third with three players jostling for spots and a couple more waiting for that trio to make a false step.
- N-Bomb and srini701 collected the cutlery this week, with gtho4, paper_aero, Howie72 and ozzz2002 all scoring 4/6 for HoF honours.

- gtho4 picked up a solo tip bonus point (his first) AND a HoF award, and trims FussBudget's lead to just three points. This is the tightest it has been since Round 8.
- Not to be outdone. srini701 also snared his first bonus point and his third HoF award. He has finally shaken off the inactive tipsters. Everyone now has at least one Bonus, with the exception of paper_aero.
- Sypher picked up Spoon No 7, and dropped a place.

- There is still only two points separating first and second, with FussBudget and gtho4 both scoring spoons. They were not the only ones that did that- only paper_aero and Howie72 escaped the cutlery.
- Most of the rest of the table stayed the same as last week, with the only change being N-Bomb dropping one spot.
- Sypher picked up his fourth bonus point for selecting Sydney to have a (rare) win.

- There is now just a single point in it, at the top of the tree. If scores are tied at the end of Round 26, gtho4 will probably be in the box seat. One of this week's spoon pickerer-upperers, FussBudget must be getting quite nervous now.
- Howie72 is making a late charge, too. His 5/6 effort leapfrogged over a couple of players and he is now in third spot. Another HoF effort will put him right in the running for the top of the podium.
- LeoDaVinci scored the other HoF award, whilst Sypher had to be happy with just one point.
- The Brisbane v Wellington game was cancelled because it is not easy to play soccer in a lake. Much of the northern capital was underwater. Our thoughts go to all Banana-benders that may have been affected.

- gtho4 has timed his run perfectly, and has leapfrogged season-long leader FussBudget. Picking 5/6 certainly did his chances no harm.
- The top five tipsters had their own game of musical chairs, with none of them retaining their spot from last week. Howie72 crashed from third to fifth, allowing N-Bomb and paper_aero to sneak past him.
- LeoDaVinci picked up his second successive 5-pointer, and a fat lot of good it did him. .
- The games themselves provided some excitement- there were almost as many goals scored as correct tips. 33 goals in six games speaks volumes for the lack of defence- North Queensland had a shocking round with an aggregate 1-11 goals.

- gtho4 lengthened his lead in style, by picking a HoF and a bonus point. He is now three points clear of FussBudget.
- The two Kiwis are in a titanic struggle for third spot, with Howie72 holding all the aces over N-Bomb if a countback is required. He added yet another HoF to his collection this round.
- Sypher's dartboard failed him badly and he snared his second duck-egg for the season.
- After last week's frenzy of goals, it was comforting to see that most of the scores can be written in Binary Code this week. There were only 13 goals in seven matches.
- Next week is the final round. Stand by for the winter footy codes- they start in a few short weeks.

- Howie72 is scratching his head and wondering what happened. He picked five winners and went backwards! That total would have won a HoF in EVERY previous round, but N-Bomb went one better and got 6/8. He is now back in third place by himself.
- ghto4 looks to have this comp locked up, but I reckon FussBudget may have something to say about that. Only the top four players can conceivably stand on the dais, but we will not know what positions until next week.
- Sypher went back-to-back with spoons and now almost has a dozen of them.
- paper_aero is the only active player that does not have a bonus point- he has only one round to change that.

- FussBudget got the first perfect score in the last round of the comp, but it was not good enough for him to reclaim the lead. He finished second.
- ghto4 coasted home and won by two. The final podium spot was taken by N-Bomb, who just pipped his countryman, Howie72.
- Next in line was paper_aero who was the only one not to feel the utter bliss of a bonus point. LeoDaVinci ranged from first to ninth, and finally settled in sixth, followed by ozzz2002 and Sypher.
- srini701 was so busy patting himself on the back last week, that he took his eye off the ball and head-butted a goalpost. He scored his eleventh spoon, drawing him level with Sypher.
