Does anyone know if the "Finders Keepers" badgelet is found at the top of whatever page it is on, or do I have to scroll down all the way to check the entire page?

The point is, you have to 'find' it in order to 'keep' it. Those of us who have 'found' it are sworn to secrecy, if we want to 'keep' it
