Does anyone know how long after I get a "Question Quest" question accepted that I could expect to see it in a game?

It varies, but I have found that recently, it takes about two weeks, maybe more. Just don't sweat it; it will appear in the game eventually. And you may not ever see it... It could show up in division 1, and you could play division 2, and never actually SEE it.

At the current wait, it may be several weeks before it shows up. Since the questions only change once per day, considering the number of questions waiting, it's not unreasonable.
