This morning when I opened Internet Explorer my installed toolbars (Google and Norton 360) weren't appearing even though they were checked off on the Toolbars menu. Long story short, I got them both back by following some instructions online (ended up reinstalling Google toolbar, Norton I had to play around with a bit). But they're in the 'wrong' order on the screen now... previously Norton was right under the address bar, then was the bar where it shows the Internet tabs I have going plus the Home, Print, Tools etc buttons, then Google toolbar was under that.. now Google is right under the address bar and Norton is under it, and then nothing under the browser tabs bar. Not a huge deal, but is there a way I can move them around?

Go to View > Lock Toolbars to unlock them. Move them to what location you want them, then relock using the above instructions.

I'm using IE7 on my computer, but think IE8 is the same.

Oh! I didn't know I could do that They won't go lower than the browser tab bar, though. I could swear my Google bar was lower before, but maybe not. Oh well it looks better now! Thanks!
