I suppose I should add, just to be perfectly clear:
it's OK for you to do this because this never was a completed quiz; it was never submitted, and an editor never saw it. Prior to first submission, you can pretty much do as you like with a template, we don't really care.
However, once that template has been submitted and an editor has worked on it, we do care. If you decide a quiz idea is unworkable after an editor has given you instructions about it, don't just change the quiz. Contact the editor, and discuss the situation with him/her. Your editor may agree with you that there's no hope of getting a viable quiz out of your idea, and give you permission to junk it. Or, he/she may have suggestions to help you get on track and finish the quiz after all.
If I see that your quiz "My Favourite Music" was previously edited by Kyle back in the days when it was called "My Favourite Video Games", I'll be sending you back to Kyle, to apologize to him for wasting his time, and to get his permission retroactively to abandon the quiz. Much better to have that discussion before the fact.
