Rules: Pick 3 drivers for each race. Points will be awarded based on the points your picks receive for the race. For each race, five drivers will be designated as 'Seeded Drivers'. Only half-points will be awarded for these drivers. Default scores will be based on your picks for the previous race, with half-points for seeds applying. There's been a change in scheduling, in that the Bahrain GP has been re-instated, and slotted into 30 October instead of the inaugural Indian GP. Bahrain has withdrawn from hosting the first race of the season, as reported here . I'll keep an eye on the F1 news and update accordingly. The first tipping threads will go up soon.

Congratulations to this week’s winners Howie72, paper_aero and srini701 who have started the year just a point clear of their nearest rival Welcome to BxBarracuda and George95 who weren't with us last season, and welcome back everybody else. Before you ask, although the Saubers of Perez and Kobayashi were later disqualified on a technicality, this competition runs on results "as they cross the line", so the points shown are correct. The Wooden Spoon goes to none other than ozzz2002, a not unusual thing. Hurrah, the season has started! The next race is in Malaysia in two weeks, so remember to get your tips in .
