That's alright Sage - I'll forgive you, but you'd better not do it again tomorrow or I will be round with the wet noodles!LOL

Mama - I was going down the pub again to drown my sorrows, but can I have one of your Bahama Mamas instead? With lots of umbrellas? I have a particular use in mind for them!

Of course, Somali, but you do know that you could get in trouble if you do that to BagLady - with the umbrellas, I mean!!! She can get so cranky when she's got an umbrella up her...
Oh, hi there, Baglady! I didn't see you standing there. Uh, er, here! Have a drink!!!
Later, Somali!!!!

Zozo, sweetheart, you obviously were not talking to me when you suggested that we are good at this - I am clueless. I won one time when the topic was baby names and I happened across a web site with Asian Indian names that would knock your socks off. Generally, it's luck - luck of the draw on what letter you get, who you follow, what web site you find for the topic. Luck, and bribery - that helps too! Get to be really good friends with the person you follow and get good lead-ins.
So, BagLady, did you get those toast points ready for the caviar yet????
I really was just kidding about the umbrellas, dear. You know I would never allow my drink decor to interfere with anyone's comfort. That's why Jojo never gets celery for her bloody mary.
Love you guys!

Hey zozo - you might have noticed that "Bridges of the World" has not been my best topic to date. After this week the only Bridges I'm going to contemplate are Jeff and Beau!!

I´m stuck! I don´t know which of zozo´s entries to play off of today. Will she be given a second chance as she´s a new player, or will her first entry be taken and not given points for as she started with the wrong letter? I don´t know what to post with and I don´t want my entry to be disallowed for starting with the wrong letter! Sypher´s not online and I don´t know what to do... somebody help me please.

OK - confession time!

I made up the Yonke Shonke Ricketty bridge as a joke as I was doing so appallingly. I thought someone was bound to challenge it for their 10 points to make it a bit more exciting at the top.

But this morning I see I've been credited points for it!! I am far too moral a person to accept points I don't deserve - ho ho ho! - so please take them away. I guess it's wet noodle time for not taking the game seriously enough, huh?!?

Truly, Zozo, it isn't worth losing sleep over - you're doing great. Stay with us, and be sure to join in for happy hour - we'll be celebrating something!!!
Now, Sypher, why is it that you gave Somali the benefit of the doubt but I couldn't get away with my fictional people last week, when they only had an added letter??? Could it be that you trust some people more than others??? LOL!!! Somali, I think that's hilarious, and the next round is on me in your honor!!!!

Zozo, no worries. Mama´s right..you´re doing great!
I saw you online at around the same time it was my turn to post, so I left that last message in the hopes you or someone else would see it and help me out..LOL..I was a bit confused. Knowing that Sypher is a good and forgiving Snake Master, I went with my first instinct.

Somali--for shame! LMAO I think you should get points for creativeness.

Unleash those Bahama Mamas, Mama and let's all celebrate the end of the week - regardless of who wins!

I couldn't believe it when no-one challenged my Yonke Shonke Ricketty bridge - but it's given me a few ideas for next week! ROFLMAO

Sorry, but I have to challange BL's entry of "Konrad Adenauer Südbrücke". The name of the bridge is only "Konrad Adenauer".
The word "Südbrücke" is German for "south bridge" and is usually in brackets.

Sage...I can see why you challenged, but that's the way I found it. I wasn't going to use it, but Sypher's allowed 'brucke' (bridge) all week: PD's 'Ringoldingenbrucke', 'Eggatobelbrucke', and Fort's entry of 'Rheinbrücke Düsseldorf-Obarkassel' (which really means Bridge over the Rhine from Dusseldorf to Obar and Kassel), Germany; aka/Dusseldorf Bridge.

My mother was German, and I don't profess to know or remember much of it, but that much I do know. I didn't challenge earlier because Sypher was being so lenient (soft) this week...lol

Sypher - Your are going to have to correct some scoring. The word "bridge" can't be counted in English, it shouldn't be counted in another language. In the future, if you make certain words invalid, then all foreing entries should be invalid since people don't know the language enough to write out the invalid word.

Also, Fort's entry for today couldn't be found in yahoo or google, so I will challange it.
