EVASE, swap an "E" for a "U" and scramble. I'm not putting last things first, but I am going for a never before used word:
SUAVE
It's an adjective, as in
MamaJa found PapaKa to be a very suave gentleman, until they got married and she found out he left his dirty socks on the bathroom floor!

Since I somehow lost my (#%!@^$%@#&%#) Used Scramble Words Database last week, I have no idea anymore what's a repeat...so:

KNEE - "K" + "D" = EDEN

n. Dictionary.com: "The garden that was the first home of Adam and Eve". (Before the 'dreaded fall' forced them to move on. It just leaves you to wonder where their second home was...Cleveland, maybe?)
