Ok, geek try this:

Evaluate the integral 78x^5 + 8x^4 + 3x^3 + 2x^2 + 45x + 7 with lower bound equal to 2 and upper bound equal to the fifth digit (after the decimal) of pi.

Nope sorry tenor, you have the U.S.'s oldest
COVERED bridge, which was built in 1827.

The oldest bridge still in use in the US is the 75 foot long Frankford Avenue Bridge in Philadelphia. It was built in 1697 and crosses Pennypack Creek.

So who thinks they can outsmart Mr.IQ?

Ok..here's one..

One of the episodes of the BBC series "Ripping Yarns" starring Michael Palin, featured a yorkshire lad called "Eric Olthewaite". One of Eric's favourite pastimes was discussing the subject of shovels. Whose shovel was Eric most fond of talking about and what particular make of shovel was it?

Sorry Mr IQ...
The answer is he was constantly talking about "HOWARD MOLSON's" shovel which was a "SPEAR & JACKSON NO.5".

From Michael Palin's "Ripping Yarns", "The Testing of Eric Olthwaite", 1976.

In response to the question,

What building (or complex of buildings, more specifically) sits at 38° 11' N, 85° 44' W (longitude & latitude)?

I'll go for Fort Knox in Kentucky.

I'm sorry karma... you were in the right area of the US, not near enough to the city of Louisville. If I didn't fly every day and didn't know the answer by heart, I would've guessed the same thing.

The answer is the Louisville International Airport.
(of course, the only 'international' flights that originate or arrive there are UPS planes, as their central hub is there, but they still insist it be called Louisville International. That's us crazy Kentuckians for you. I wonder when they're gonna change it to Louisville Intergallactic Spaceport?)

Guess that puts me in the hot seat.... Fire away... I'm sure I'll get burned quickly.

Valerie
