My mother's cat, originally named Bronson by his previous owner, but re-christened "Bronnie" because my mum didn't think Bronson was a suitable name for a cat. He is a ragdoll and the most adorable, affectionate cat. I am sure he couldn't harm a fly or a spider! Sara - help! I resized my picture and according to Photobucket, it is only 105 x 140 pixels. But when I copy and paste it here, it shows as 479 x 639 pixels.

I don't know whether Sara fixed it for you or not, but from here the pic shows at 240 x 320 pixels. But even at 479 x 639, that would still be an acceptable size. No worries!
Bronnie is gorgeous! My Zoe is supposedly a ragdoll too (albeit a runt), but if you can get her to "go limp" for more than 3 seconds, you're either a magician or a hypnotist lol.
edited because I don't seem to be able to type today

Zendai is gorgeous - I used to have a labrador just like him! I know Sara wanted us to do this in order but I couldn't resist posting this photo that I took today of a spider and a fly in mortal combat (the fly lost). I noticed them in the window alongside my front door this afternoon. I had vacuumed that area out thoroughly yesterday so the spider must have spun his web in the last 24 hours. When I went to the front door, I noticed the fly struggling as it was caught in the web and the spider was making its way towards the fly. I watched and took tons of photos of the two of them until the fly was overcome. Most of the photos were lousy due to the lighting conditions and the fact that both fly and spider are moving. This picture is probably the best of a bad lot. In view of this week's theme, it was too good of an opportunity NOT to photograph and post the spider and fly together.

... she swallowed a dog, she swallowed a dog as big as a hog ..." Here's Cookie today, very curious to see our guinea pigs going into their outdoor cage: Next up is a goat (if my memory serves me well), or another dog ... I love the idea for this theme!

This is Atlas, who belongs to my brother-in-law. He used to be an excellent bird dog, but he's getting old now and can't keep up, so has been left at home on pheasant hunting trips the last few years. He hates that. MotherGoose: love your picture, the spider's legs look like they're made of glass! Santana: Cookie looks terribly serious in that photo lol. Is the dog protective of the guinea pigs?

Next time you come to Spain, please come and train my cats to get on a leash. Hah! If she didn't want to go on the leash there'd be no training her. I've tried with other cats, and there was no way!

Ok, this is Daisie and there's a story behind the picture. This is a dog that is super-active, but has no sense of proportion. The stick she's carrying is about seven times the length of her body, and she dragged it to me expecting me to throw it to her. I heaved it about 10 meters... and then walked away, and Daisie went to retrieve the stick and then dragged it all the way to where I was standing again. Of course I had to 'throw' it for her to fetch again. Now, it's not like there was a shortage of sticks in the area, but, she didn't want any of the lesser sticks. Oh, and all this, and she was 12 years old and already had arthritis in her back hips.

Szabs: I think they look deep blue in that picture because she's laying in front of my VERY blue secretary's desk/hutch and she's partially in shadow. Her eyes are kind of like my husband's (depending on lighting and what he is wearing). They are either ice blue, blue, gray, or aqua (the latter when she's lying in the grass). Of course, what's REALLY impressive about her is the sharpness of her claws LOL
Leo: re: Daisie ... awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww : )))
SpanishLiz: when I first glanced at that pic (which opened for me just showing the legs at first) I thought I had missed out and we were onto cows already, because it sure looked like an Ayrshire calf from here LOL. Very nice markings on that goat and very nice capture as well.
Okay Copago, where's all those fabulous goats of yours? They have a "starring role" for the next couple of days! : )

Love the Spanish Legionnaires' goat! He's very well turned out! We seem to have run out of goats, so, here we go with "...who swallowed a cow!" Sorry her face is a bit hidden.

Szabs: Love the look on that cow's face. And it's probably a good thing they cut her horns, as they appear they might have grown towards her eyes! I KNOW I have some rocky mountain goat pictures SOMEwhere, but after spending a few hours looking through cd's, I gave up, so here's a cow pic. I have NO idea what kind she is. This picture was taken in the Dominican Republic
