Shoot, when I saw the title to this I was looking forward to reading the interview itself. Yes, that would be a good one.

It's been a week since I posted this question, and I can't help wondering if Terry really exists, or if he/she is just a pseudonym. Did someone named Terry really create FT? CD

I don't know if you could have an interview with an omnipotent being.

Yes Terry exists and that is his real name. Terry prefers not to be interviewed at this time. We used to have interviews years ago, on the main site, and he was interviewed at that time.

Terry does all the programming, designing the new games, in fact everything except moderating and editing.

Very nice person - meet him and his family when they were in London.

Yes they are a lovely family, I met them as they passed through Sheffield when I was staying there with my daughter. My grandson and Terry's daughter were flirting with each other! They were under the age of one at the time!

It would have been interesting to see an interview with Terry and learn more about what prompted him to set up the site, but as he's chosen not to I'll have to control my curiosity. I appreciate all the work he does and thoroughly enjoy the site.

He set it up to further his knowledge of programming back in 1995.
