It's the Wills building in Bristol at night (hence the lack of daylight.) That red moon is FABulous, as is the statue and the "viewpoint". I dearly hope you've enlarged/framed/hung that particular photo! Ertrum: All the London night scene ones you've posted so far are interesting. The lights make the buildings look "alive" somehow. Spooky but VERY cool. Thanks for sharing them. Satguru: well the camera may not have been "happy", but it's certainly an interesting result. Rod Serling could have used that pic for one of his Twilight Zone episodes : ) I like it!
