I don't think it was very old but there was a chill wind yesterday, just before the heavens opened, so the birds were all fluffing their feathers a bit. But I looked at that cute, fluffy owl, and those eyes looked back, lol. A neighbour brought me fruit from the ornamental tree in her front garden. I had always thought it was a cumquat tree, but they proved to be small mandarins. Oh well, out with the jam pan again!
