Windows and Arches in Newcastle

Martin's picture reminded me that I do have a relevant picture for this theme sitting around!

I couldn't get closer because of the restoration works, but this is the east wall of the ballroom at Williamstown Town Hall.
The windows are leadlighted.

No windows. Lots of "doors" (although none you'd want to enter or see anyone coming out of lol)

This is the pansport gate, that used to mark the boundary of Elgin Cathedral's grounds. The arrow slots are an 18th century addition.
