The NHL season is just under two weeks away. Come one, come all and tip your way through the NHL! Rules: - One point for a correct tip.
- Deadlines will be at the start of the first game.
- Default is equal to the number of away wins each week minus 1, or wooden spoon score, whichever is lower.
- Tips not in by the first game's faceoff will receive default score.
- We will tip 15 games each weekend (all Saturday** and enough Sunday/Monday to equal 15).
- As per last year, the midpoints around the All-Star weekend will not be tipped.
Bonus points: - One point for picking a result solo, or one of two, provided 12 tippers apply.
- One point for picking 13 or more of 15. There were enough weeks last year that earned a near miss bonus, and this year's comp will determine next year's eligibility.
- Tippers will be ineligible for bonus points if they tip all homes/all aways or all bar one.
**Christmas week's games are Friday and Monday. Sign up here if you are interested.

- Tippers are starting to bottleneck together. Places four, seven, and nine are all ties.
- N-Bomb has the lead in bonus points with four. Is anyone else willing to challenge him for most bonus points?

- Triviapaul must have known some of the outcomes sicne he scored 11 and only one other jagged ten or more.
- Several bonus points went out this week, as three games were tipped by two...that leaves N-Bomb's percentage of total bonus points as a smaller number.
- N-Bomb went default, and scored only five as the lower of wooden spoon and road - 1 was five.
