Well, after the last couple of weeks and a number of ear-bashings, I've decided to take a couple of weeks off from the game. JJ has voluntered her services and we be here to answer any of your questions. As far as the scoring for last week's game, if you have any problems...please PM me and not JJ. Good luck everyone !! ------------------ ...and I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues !!

I think the plural rule should be enforced here a otherwise we'll have a bunch of S's.

As I am not running this week's game....I can't say if brand names are allowed....but I would agree on the Plurals....I will add that to the rules for this week..

JoJo doesn't feel up to running Snake and has asked me to take over. I hope you players don't mind. Partsdude - I will allow your entry today. If you get specific in your description of an item it should be the type. How is a techibition's screwdriver different than any other? See what I mean? BagLady - Same for you. All cartridges are replacement cartridges, but there are different types of cartridges. Everybody remember this when selecting your entry.

It is my impression that you can find a lot of entries without using brand names, however I won't go against JJ's ruling that they are valid.

Hey Mama - good to see you back - missed you yesterday. We've been very well-behaved and restrained so far this week - sure that will change now you're back on the scene! Partsdude - just wondering if this week's subject isn't too easy for you, what with working in a parts dept. You must be surrounded by catalogues full of hardware! Was this subject your idea by any chance?

lol, somalia....You think PARTSDUDE may have an edge with this topic? This from the person who came up with Polytetrafluoroethylene? BL The fellow that owns his own home is always just coming out of a hardware store. ....Kin Hubbard

I do have a lot of catalogs here at work, but most of the stuff in them you can't find at a regular hardware store!

Hi JoJo - I had to leave before you came round with the doughnuts yesterday, and by the time I got back the others had scoffed the lot!. Please could I have two (or more!) today to make up? Can you hear my stomach rumbling at the thought? Oooh thick strawberry jam ..... oooh sticky sugar frosting ...... drool, drool.

You know I always have the stuff stashed, JoJo. Help yourself, and anyone else who comes along!!! Coincidentally, my boss has just returned after three weeks of illness, complete with ambulance, emergency room, MRI and hospitalization, so she's re-evaluated her priorities and will probably join us!!! She now realizes life's too short!!! Funny how that comes to you. So just pour doubles all around!!! Too early in the morning for me - I think I'll start out with doughnuts and mocha - but save me some bloody mary for later!!!

Hey Partsdude - I think that's a bit cheeky - pinching my galvanized like that! Wouldn't that come into the category of a "repeated word" according to Snake Rules (Final Edition)? I might have to throw down the gauntlet on this one. What do you reckon, Sage?
