I swear, I have gotten more brain dead as the weeks go on!!!!! I thought I saw New Yorker and even went back to look again and didn't find it!!! OK, I'll take my lumps. Not doing so well - but Somali, BL will tell you I'm a tough act to follow in more ways than one!!!!!! (I will say in my defense that I had noticed earlier that Sage was putting his entries in with the score, and I don't usually look there for anything except the score, so I should have remembered.)
Oh, well, line 'em up, tarbender!!!

Hi Sage...It looks like you owe me 1 point for yesterday's Olympia Estate entry. Thanks.

Also, I was wondering if you could answer my question (on 2/28) to you about my Superamerica Superfast entry not being valid...I'm still a bit confused. Thanks again.

I think the make is actually Chevrolet.

As far as I know, the manufacturer of the Chevelle is Chevrolet. I would guess that Yenko is a particular type of Chevelle, like the Escort Cosworth is a particular type of Ford Escort (and an especially good one too!)

So, does that mean the entry is valid and the challenge fails ?

I'm sure Mama's going to post something silly again today, so I'm registering my challenge in advance. That way I can go back and edit it with the actual reason before BagLady can get there first!!! LOL!!!

Actually, Yenko is manufactured by Chevrolet. Chevelle would be the sub-class(?) and those are allowed so the entry looks good to me!

Hi guys...I based my challenge on the fact that The Yenko Chevelle was built by Don Yenko. He also built the Yenko Super Camaro, Yenko Duece, Yenko Super Nova, Yenko Stinger 2 (a Vega), and Yenko Turbo Z (Camaro). If you want to go with the technical name, it was a Chevrolet Chevelle (Yenko), produced in 1969, I think.

Now, that's clear as mud!

Well as far as the scoring goes for the last day....I am gonna go with the majority....
I don't know squat about cars and makes....hell, I have enough trouble filling my car up with oil...

Hi Sypher...not to be a greedy gut (or a pest), but Sage still owes me 1 point from Wednesday...he must have counted my precious "Y" as only one point........imagine that? And we all know how a measly 1 point can determine a winner, right somali, (my friend?) lol

No problem on the one point....but I think you challenge failed...according to the majority...of course if I had any idea about this topic I would judge the challenge myself...but since I have no idea, I'm letting everyone else decide. Can't be fairer than that !!

BTW...I have got such a good topic for next week....If you thought you had a headache aver a fluppy....You are gonna love this one !! LOL

Sypher---I´m actually trembling with fear over next week´s topic.
Buddy, pal, friend...why do you insist on torturing yourself like this? Have you forgotten just how horrible the Fluppy topic was? I can´t for the life of me guess what you´ve got up your sleeve, but it can´t possibly be worse than those dreaded Fluppies..*gulp*. See you in the rubber room! LOL
