L is for Lighthouse.
10 points for any non-Canadians who can identify it.

Peggy's Cove Lighthouse?

No prizes for guessing what L stands for here - I've no idea what her name is but I call her Doris. smile

Thanks Leo, what a great idea for an adult-only addition to my lemon repertoire!
The bottle in my previous picture contains lemon syrup - very refreshing mixed with water or soda, but quite innocuous.

Limone was once famous for the lemons they grow there. The white 'sticky-up' bits just right of centre in my photo above is the site of one of the lemon plantations. The guide told us that there would be glass between them during the winter to protect the lemon trees from the cold.

Ooops, yes August
Sorry. Senility I guess. I am really busy at work and real life gets in the way sometimes.

Yes, I'd rather used up my L ideas before, so here is another "L is for Leaf".

(I'd planned to use this one in the Autumn thread anyway smile )

Christinap: oooooooooo on the lights! : )
Zebra: absoLuteLy Love those Leaves! (nice perspective choice on the shot btw)

As for the "repeat", I only posted one last time (and the most you can post is two) so I don't mind at all that we've gone to L in a handbasket (giggles).

Anyhoo, L could stand for Leopard:

Snow Leopard (Uncia uncia or Panthera uncia) to be precise.

Landing Lights for RAF Lossiemouth. I was standing on the 16th tee, with the sea 50 yards behind me.
