One of my team mates is having trouble getting on to FT at the moment. Every time he tries, he gets the following error message:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

He's tried it on his PC & laptop, using different browsers, routers & lines but still no luck. He CAN log on using his smart phone so he's sure it's not a problem with his FT account. He's no mug when it comes to computer issues but this has him stumped.
Any ideas please?

It's probably because his IP address is in a range which has been barred because of someone else in that range doing naughty things. If you post a message in the Feedback section outlining the problem and saying which member it is then Terry will see it and look into it.

I did write a message to the admin, explaining the problem. I also sent the error message when it was passed on to me, so hopefully I will get some feedback from that. I'll copy your reply & send that to admin to see if that makes sure that the problem is sent to the right person, ie Terry. Thanks for your reply, it's appreciated.

Terry has now sorted out several problems with 'forbiddens'.
