Watcha Everyone !! I can't believe the game has lasted 15 games so far....Thank You all for playing because without you...there would be no game.

A BIG Welcome to the lastest recruit in the pursuit of Scrambling....Somali.

She reckons she can kick ass just like she does in Snake....I Don't think So !! LOL

Again...Enjoy !!

I'm assuming this is the place for challenges to be posted. I would like to challenge Mama's entry because she changed 2 letters instead of 1.

Just wondering - how is it decided which letter to add or take away at the start of each day??

This came up once before.....there is no fix rule which letter can be added or subtract. It is whoever who goes first in the day.

There is no easy way round this problem, but it is not always an advantage.

Sorry Sypher but I'm dropping out of Scramble. I don't have the time (or the patience!) at the moment, and will just end up spoiling the game for the rest of you.

Yesterday was a holiday, so I didn't have to get up in the early a.m, therefore I missed my slot, and then forgot.
I am still participating in this game though.

Yeah, and I was waiting for JW - Yeah, that's the ticket. That's why I didn't post yesterday... Does that work?
Sorry - would have warned if I'd known I was going to be sick. But I'm back!!!!

I wasn't sure if I was supposed to start today off with a 6-letter word of my choice, or work off the last word from Monday, which is 4 letters....

I will come back on later today, after work, or after my ball game.
Sometime, anyway

Sypher....Since all entries must be in English, I challenge JW's entry of 'AMZIS'. According to OneLook, amzis is the Sundanese word for 'people'. Sorry, JW.

I will check it out later but if it is correct then you get half the points JW would have got and they get nothing !! WTG !!

I knew I was running a risk, but in my defence, I will say that I didn;t break the rules.
The rules say found in ONELOOK under "definitions in English". And that is exactly where I found that word.

*NOTE*
ONELOOK has changed over this last weekend.
It now has a tonne of "foreign" dictionaries wrapped up in its "definitions in English".
The problem is that many many of these are "defined" in English, but they ARE NOT english words.
Sypher, I think you are going to have to amend the Scramble rules, my man. ( you wanna change my rules for PYRAWORD while you are at it? LOL)

I'm going to read the Scramble rules quickly now, just to make sure that I did NOT break any rules of the game.

JW...Yeah Proper names have been allowed in the past, the same as Cities / Towns BUT as far as names go...the First Name has been allowed....not a surname !!

Syph, actually I posted KLEE in the past
as in the artist Paul Klee
when you revise the rules, you should disallow proper names
