There's a good article at the MSNBC site regarding internet privacy and how you need to be checking yourself in the search engines on a regular basis. Can be kinda scary. I searched on my phone number and came up with a lot of personal information about myself just from that.

Just a word of warning to those wishing to look up information about themselves on the internet.

Please don't be tricked into entering all your personal details especially complete credit card numbers into an insecure search engine.

You will be leaving behind more information about yourself in cookies scattered about the web than there probably was in the first place.
