Did anyone else watch the pilot of this new series starring Keifer Sutherland. It's about a father trying to understand and communicate with his autistic son and realises that the numbers his son keeps writing down actually mean something...a place, phone number etc etc

I'm not sure whether I like this show or not as I can't see this format lasting. Are we actually expected to believe that all of a sudden, the father (Sutherland) on the brink of losing his child to the State can now decipher these meaningless numbers and go out and help / save whoever these numbers effect. Wouldn't this get boring?

Still, this is my opinion after only one show and I will carry on watching and who knows, it might change!!

I meant to watch it, but I'm already following two other shows in that time period, all my TiVo allows.

The plot summary sounds a lot like "Person of Interest" except that a super computer spits out a Social Security number of someone involved in a crime. Can be victim or perp. I'm already enjoying that one, I don't know if two similar shows can hold my attention.
