Same Geography single question still hasn't moved in over 2 months, still awaiting review. I haven't touched it. Just how long is the queue for geography questions? Anyone know?

There are currently 24 questions waiting for review. Geography isn't the longest wait right now, but it's up there.

Please expect some delays this time of year, as many editors go on vacation and are unable to edit as frequently.

Is it possible to know where a submitted quiz is in its respective queue at any given time?

Sorry, no. While the queues are a tool for editors to make sure the longest waiting quizzes do get priority and are being processed mostly in queue order, they do not always indicate the exact processing order. For example, in categories run by more than one editor, there is often a work share to ensure each quiz is seen by the one who can judge the topic best and as such, a quiz with an earlier queue number might still be waiting longer than a later one because it is waiting for a different editor.

When a qq is tested, is it only tested in the new question game or does it go anywhere else (like gold member madness)? I'm just curoius because early results in success can sometimes change pretty drastically for them (for better or worse).

They are only tested in the New Question Game.

They would only be placed into the site's other games after the ratings and scores come in from the NQG.
