MikeMaster99 scored another HoF to jump back int a share of the lead with Sypher. Backmarkers wwe84 and Howie72 also got 7/8 and rose rapidly through the ranks.

Spoons went to three Sydneysiders- gtho4 and our two Parramatta fans, MrFox and Eraserhead.

Last week we picked 90 winners- this week it was a pitiful 42. Three big upsets made sure that there were no perfect scores.

Cronulla defeated Melbourne by two and are this year's surprise packet. Gold Coast were second last and beat the Doggies, in Sydney, and probably the most astounding result was Penrith pipping St George.

As can be imagined, there were a lot of spoons handed out, and even the HoF awards were only 4/7.

Only five games this weeekend because of the midweek State of Origin, but still lots of movement in the ladder.

George95 picked the card and gets a bonus point. He has raced up into a share of the lead with Sypher. Not to be outdone, paper_aero also got 5/5 and is now in third, only two off the pace.

In a wide range of scores, ozzz2002 only managed one win and dropped to fifth.

Almost a carbon copy of last week. Two upsets with Gold Coast beating the Cowboys and then Parramatta snuck past the high-flying Sharks. Most of the rest of the game went to script.

Again, like last week, we had eight HoF awards given out, for the same score-5/8. gtho4 took home a spoon with a lacklustre 2/8.

Only five games because of the State of Origin, Game 2, but nobody wa able to pick up a bonus point. The best effort was 4/5 by Howie72, and the worst was N-Bomb and wwe84 who only scored 1/5.

Sypher is still in front, but only by a point. We are at the midpoint of the season, so the next 13 weeks will be quite interesting.

The only HoF award this week went to the bloke that probably needed it the least- Sypher. He doubled his lead over the rest of us by tiptoeing through the minefield of upsets to score 5/7.

The first draw of the year was between Cronulla and the Roosters, and a major boilover in Melbourne made sure that there would be no bonus points this week. The other winners were picked by the majority of tipsters.

The four frontrunners all scored 4/6 so there was no change of order. However, FussBudget and N-Bomb spooned it and allowed Howie72 to start edging his way up. LeoDaVinci was the sixth HoFer.

North Queensland travelled to Melbourne to take on the Premiers on their home turf and beat them! Newcastle beat the other 2011 grand finalists. Gold Coast went to Canberra, usually a hard task for a team from sunny Queensland playing in frigid Canberra, and they pulled off the third upset of the round.

Sypher increased his lead by tipping a HoF. He is now three games clear of second and a massive ten ahead of fourth. paper_aero, FussBudget and N-Bomb also scored 5/8 and ozzz2002 had a bad weekend.
