Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, from TLC, died in a car accident yesterday, April 25th, at the age of 30. She was in Honduras when the fatal accident occurred.

Left Eye, best known as the exuberant rapper of TLC, was supposed to release an album with Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas this summer while completing her solo album released under the name "Nina." There was also talk of a future collaboration with Pink and Eve.

Why was Lisa called “Left Eye?”

She said it was, “’cuz 'eye' is right.”
