Here's a new chain for you. I finally realized who Daft Punk were and it was like Green Eggs and Ham, once I listened it wasn't so bad!
Plus as my kid said, "They're French mom!"
Tell us what song stuck out in your mind on the way to work or school on the radio.

Well... on my way to school Dave and I always listen to Edge 102. Dave really likes the music but I can't stand it. They play Alien Ant Farm and Nine Inch Nails and all that other "I can play louder than you can" crap.

But I never argue about this station because the DJs are so FUNNY! They have this one thing they do called "Celebrity Phone Scam"... They have some pre-recorded clips from Schwarzenegger movies:

"Who is your daddy and what does he do?"
"Stop whining!"
"I'm a cop, you idiot!"

...and some other ones. They make prank calls to small businesses and use the clips in different orders depending on what the guy (or woman) says. Hehehe I know I shouldn't laugh, but sometimes it's so outrageously funny!

There's one store-owner, known as Frank the Video Store Guy, who liked the prank so much afterwards that he got himself invited down to the studio to do them himself. It's great... he even adds his own note to it:

"Who is your father and what is his occupation?"
"I am a local law enforcement representative!"

They also have Rita McNiell Jeopardy and Michael Jackson Jeopardy (which can get a little crude). And some other ones that I'm reluctant to even tell you the names of (they're THAT crude!).

Still, there's nothing in the morning like a good laugh!

I can't say much, my radio is stuck on "Classic FM" (I'm serious there is nothing else I can listen to on the radio) Because none of the stations play my favourite music and I don't have any classic cd though I like classical music. Is it classic or classical ?

It's classical Maria. But it's one of those things like medical specialties in French, ogu and iste...I can never find a rule.

My radio in the little Ford is the cheapest thing they could find, with this tacky little Star Trek dial that came off and I finally asked the mechanic if it couldn't be fixed, he said to replace the entire thing. So I decided not to. I just take it off and on but the volume cannot be cranked up to the max.
Once a colleague saw me coming out of the parking lot with my radio on when it worked and said, "Jeez Heather, your altar ego...stereo blaring like that."
So I can change channels but can't change the volume.
I had to rent a car after ours was stolen and it had a CD player and it was heavenly, but then I had to give it back.

This morning, Celine Dion and Garou.

We only get the one clear radio station (commercial, that is) and it plays mostly country music, although not usually my cup of tea they put in a good mix of other music as well and the announcers aren't too bad.

Well, I'm not actually working at the moment, so I don't know if can join in here, but I did put the radio on for a short while last night and the nice man played "Maybe The People Would Be The Times Or Between Clark And Hilldale", by Love, which is pretty unusual in Scotland - or anywhere else I'd imagine. If you haven't heard Love, then you really should. They're quite special!

They were playing Nat King Cole in the elevator this morning. What a voice!
