O.k If you could choose the last song you ever got to hear what would it be?

After you read this post your going to loose your hearing and you only have time to listen to one song. What would it be?

Obviously your not really going to loose your hearing after reading this (if you do it's pure coincidence) it's just to get you in the right frame of mind.

I think mine would be:

If I Should Fall Behind - Bruce Springsteen

I will stop writing about this song soon, I promise! If I found out I could listen to one more song before I lost my hearing, it would be "Something", by the Beatles. I LOVE THIS SONG!! Even if I would never hear another thing in my life, I couldn't deal with it knowing that I didn't listen to this song once more. I think most people who have heard it would understand....

I thought about this question all day. I was thinking what sort of experiences you would be trying to fit into that kind of situation. Would it be a vibrant dance tune? Or the most mellow relaxing piece of music you'd ever heard? Could you listen to the tune with your best friends, with your particular special loved one? What would it be? Would you lose your hearing totally or would you still be able to hear low or high frequencies?
It came down to Northern Sky by Nick Drake. The most beautiful song I've ever heard.

Tocata and Fugue in D Minor, by Bach, played on a pipe organ. This piece brings forth a wide range of emotions. When it ended it would then ring in my ears forever.

Wait A Little While-Kenny Loggins- the live version. This song made me want to play the flute and has inspired me to learn to be more patient and gave me lots of courage in discouraging situations. That would definitely be the song I would want to hear.

My last song would be "Everybody Hurts," by REM.

"When the day is long and the night, and the night is yours alone,
When you're sure you've had enough of this life,
Well hang on. Don't let yourself go, Cause everybody cries..
And everybody hurts... sometimes.

Sometimes everything is wrong. Now it's time to sing along.
When your day is night hold on, hold on.
If you feel like letting go, hold on.
When you're sure you've had too much of this life, well, hang on."

If I go deaf I'd like to have an inspirational song in my head so that I can try to remember it.
