"PEAS, PEAS, PEAS, PEAS, EATING GOOBER PEAS, GOODNESS HOW DELICIOUS! EATING GOOBER PEAS" Of course, "goober peas" are peanuts (and they're really herb-related legumes!). That's how the chocolate-covered peanuts "Goobers" got their name! And they're called "ground-nuts" in Britain (they call peanut butter "ground ground-nuts!)
