Currently writing a magazine articleon the Aussie music impression overseas and what impact Australian music has made overseas - just after a bit of feedback - anyone have any Aussie favorites? eg.Midnight Oil,INXS,Kylie Minogue,Savage Garden etc
P.S:Personally I wouldn't consider the Bee Gees to be Australian-so where do you draw the line.
Besides any Aussie talent that promotes overseas doesn't stay here for too much longer - so much for the lucky country.

Here in the UK the wonderful Kylie is a superstar- we adore her!!! Savage garden are cool too and had a large fanbase.

I've been a huge fan since I first heard her in 1995 but she's so underated over here...I really have to seek out her albums on import.

How is she regarded elsewhere? The woman should be a superstar!!!

Must show my age here. I love The Little River Band. They were one of my favorite groups growing up. I love the song "Cool Change". My dad likes "Reminiscing". I liked INXS okay.
