Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - (Just guess...)
Tragic Kingdom - No Doubt
40 Oz. to Freedom - Sublime
Fallen - Evanescence
Harmonium - Vanessa Carlton
Mezmerize - System of a Down
Disintegration - The Cure
Celebrity Skin - Hole
Bleed Like Me - Garbage
Debut - Bjork
I'd say Mezmerize by System of a Down and Debut by Bjork are the best of them.

See, post something 10 months ago, and things change.
Nowadays, I would include Rammstein's "Mutter", Dropkick Murphys "Sing Loud, Sing Proud", and back then I failed to mention any System of a Down. Probably "Toxicity", but "Mezmerize" hasn't grabbed me yet. The first four tracks are classic SOAD, but the rest are gonna take time to grow on me. I can't believe I missed out Iron Maiden... and I'm off to see them on Sunday at Ozzfest (for the millionth time) .. okay, maybe not that much, but probably somewhere around the 20th or 21st time!

The most recent ten perfect cd's I've bought, all released this year, I believe.
The Muggs "S/T" - recommended for those who want new classic rock
Frank Blank "Honeycomb" - Pixies leader belts out country/soul
The Magic Numbers "S/T" - hard to find import from the UK, at least it is where I live, but definately worth the search
The Magnolia Electric Co. "What Comes After the Blues" - reminds me of early Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Tracy Bonham- "Blink the Brightest" - makes this list with repeated listens
Jamie Lidell- "Multiply" - sounds like Stevie Wonder meets electronica
John Hiatt- "Master of Disaster"
The Dreadful Yawns- "S/T" - cosmic roots rock...on Bomp Records!
The White Stripes- "Get Behind Me, Satan"
King Kahn & BBQ- "The King Kahn & BBQ Show" - punkabilly do-wop, authentic rock and roll
Honorable mention- Son Volt "Okemah and the Melody of Riot" - I haven't heard this enough yet though it's my favorite Son Volt so far

I'd like to add "Rumours" to my list and also Franz Ferdinad's debut album.
Oleg your name is great...your quote is even more great (I'm 37, I'm not old!!) and "Talking With The Taxman", what a wonderful album. "Worker's Playtime" is probably my favourite but I think Taxman is his best.

I won't post a top 10 as I doubt I've actually listened to that many albums in completion, but my two favourite albums (and don't laugh) that I could not live without are: "No Angel" by Dido, and "No Name Face" by Lifehouse Not very good taste in music, mine, but I love those two albums. Two of the only albums ever on which I love every song.

OK, I know my list is already up there, and there are already 10 on there, but a couple of you guys have posted GOOD ones, and now I have to add some:
First, I'll agree with Carol King's Tapestry and Bare Naked Ladies Gordon, and then I'll add Janis Ian's Between the Lines. And actually, maybe even Billy Joel's Storm Front. I'm not sure.

OK, here are my ten.
1. #3 - Shakspear's Sister
2. From the Choirgirl Hotel - Tori Amos
3. Different Class - Pulp
4. Beautiful Collision - Bic Runga
5. Folklore - Nelly Furtado
6. Flutterby - Butterfly Boucher
7. Revolution in Me - Siobhan Donaghy
8. Thinking Room - Anika Moa
9. Ciao! - Lush
10. International Velvet - Catatonia
In no particular order, of course. The bests ones there really are number 1, 3, 7, and 8. The others are still perfect, though.
But I agree with RyouNeko on a lot of those. Garbage's new album is brilliant (Run, Baby, Run!), and you can't beat Bjork.

I can only think of five. There's so many albums I love but have at least one song I don't bother listening to.
1. Version 2.0 - Garbage 2. International Velvet - Catatonia 3. Siamese Dream - Smashing Pumpkins 4. Dirt - Alice In Chains 5. Garbage - Garbage

Here are the ten that come to mind for me;
Carole King - Tapestry Beatles - Rubber Soul Neil Diamond - Hot August Night Phantom of the Opera - soundtrack Beatles - Let It Be Naked Three Dog Night - Live at the Forum Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Chris de Burgh - Spanish Train Hall and Oates - Abandoned Lunchonette Carly Simon - No Secrets
The soundtrack from Chicago would be on the list too, if it weren't for the Queen Latifah rap at the end. That makes the album slightly flawed in my opinion.

Skunkee, I forgot about Carly Simon. Not only No Secrets, but also Anticipation should be added to my list.

I'd say Mezmerize by System of a Down and Debut by Bjork are the best of them.
Everything by Bjork is fantastic. Post and Medulla are both amazing, and even though I prefer them to Debut, I'd still buy Debut for some good early Bjork. I even liked her when she was with the Sugercubes. How anyone can compare a genius like Bjork to people like Joanna Newson (who sounds like a precocious five-year old infront of a microphone) is kinda beyond me.
