Another nine months on, and things have changed again. I have over 500 full CDs in my collection, and choosing a top 10 isn't easy, but I'll go in most listened to order.

01 System of a Down - "Hypnotize"
02 Rammstein - "Mutter"
03 Iron Maiden - "Live at Donington"
04 The Wildhearts - "PHUQ"
05 System of a Down - "Toxicity"
06 Slayer - "South of Heaven"
07 Ramones - "Anthology"
08 Slipknot - "9.0 Live"
09 Cradle of Filth - "Dusk... and Her Embrace"
10 Machine Head - "Burn My Eyes"

There must be well over 100 CDs I've never listened to, but I'll get around to it one day!

Hmmm...I can't believe that no one else named a couple of my picks!

Rocks - Aerosmith, it just lives up to the title. Kicks butt and takes names later!

Toys In The Attic - Aerosmith, from the title track all the way to "You See Me Cryin'" it's just awesome

Rumours - Fleetwood Mac those of you who chose it know.

AC/DC - Highway to Hell

Aerosmith - Pump - Best of their post-rehab albums.

Motley Crue - Too Fast For Love - It's raw, but, that's why it rocks!

Alanis Morisette - Jagged Little Pill - Not my usual style of music, but, it's good!

I know that's not ten, but, these are the ones that come to my mind.

I don't really think ANY albums can be perfect but I guess I'll put my ten favourites. Probably quite a bit different from most others here, me being quite young! Not in any order:

System of a Down--Mesmerize
Franz Ferdinand--Franz Ferdinand
Kaiser Chiefs--Employment
System of a Down--Hypnotise
The Rakes--Capture/Release
Razorlight--Up All Night
Pulp--Hits (Yeah I don't have any of their older albums but I love them and their greatest hits is LUSH!)
Editors--The Back Room
Bloc Party--Silent Alarm
Queens of the Stone Age--Lullabies to Paralyze

In my opinion I have not found a perfect album. Every album has its own flaws. So in that sense I doubt there will ever be a “perfect” album, just because the fact that there is no such thing as perfect when it comes to albums. There will always be room for improvement, which I love. Just the fact that I know that a band has room to become better is why I love my favorite bands. So basically if I would find a perfect album I would be kind of disappointed because I know that this is the best the band will be. I don’t know though that’s just my opinion.

I've done bit of thinking about this - not just favorites of mine, but actual "perfect" albums. "Abbey Road" almost made it, but then I remembered "Octopus' Garden".....

Sergeant Pepper
Who's Next
Dark Side of the Moon
Leige and Leif (Fairport Convention)
Led Zepplin IV
Streetlights (Bonnie Raitt)
Graceland
Northwest Passage (Stan Rogers)
Desperado (The Eagles)
Copperhead Road (Steve Earle)

To my mind, all of these albums have a couple of things in common - not just "no bad songs", but also a feeling of coherence, a "built" character. The songs are not just thrown together in random order, but hold together as a thematic whole.

I'm not surprised to see Dark Side of the Moon in here so often, from people with obviously very different musical tastes - it really is something special.
