Hello everyone!

My mom's birthday is coming up soon, and try as I might I can't think of any nice card design for her. It HAS to be as perfect as possible, but I just can't do it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

When making a card for a person I try to incorporate a favourite colour, flower, animal etc of that person. For instance, for Ren I think of snowdrops, teal, dogs then try to make a card using one or more of those elements. If a person has a hobby that could be a theme. Sometimes I use photos for cards too.

Are you a cardmaker? If so there are some forum sites (I can suggest an excellent one) where people post their hand made cards, many ideas can be obtained that way.

No, I'm just dabbling in card making.

I've been going through the ones here. They are wonderful, and beyond my skill. Could try, but I have limited materials. Can you suggest any?
