Wasn't too sure where to post this, so I'd placed it here.

The above quiz was used today in the Global Challenge, however I wanted to dispute the answer to the first question and so attempted to email the author (Zbeckabee) who apparently no longer is using this site.

Could someone check to see if the use of the word 'Bra' in the first question's answer is correct, as I do not believe it rhymes with the other words.

Thank you in advance

Dear Gent,

try and find the quiz tomorrow.

As it is likely not to be picked two days in a row for Brain Teasers, you could replay it yourself and send a correction notice (if necessary). An editor will then look into it.

There should be a "submit a correction" button. Regardless of whether the author is on or not, an editor should be able to see your correction. Hope that helps.

Right, what JanIQ said. :-P

Both JanIQ and Mariamir are right, depending on the type of quiz you are talking about. For garden-variety quizzes, you can always submit a correction on the question itself the day the quiz appears in the GC (noting that you are playing the GC, since the original quiz itself may already have been corrected for this question), and for Brain_Teasers you should wait until the next day and submit a correction notice when the quiz itself is available for play.

And now for a related question of my own. I wonder why Brain Teasers don't have a correction note button... It does seem to be harder to submit feedback and ratings for those quizzes than for any others. Would it be possible to unify them into the format of the rest of the quizzes on the site?

Don't know the answer to that question, Sue, but I'd like to point out that one of the reasons we don't allow many rhyming quizzes online anymore is that what may rhyme for you with your accent may not for me with mine. It's best to allow a LOT of leeway when it comes to questions of rhyme.

Brain Teasers do have a correction note function. It is only when a quiz is chosen as the daily Brain Twist that the problem arises. Perhaps Terry can change this for us?

I've just played the quiz in question, and would note that the word "bra" rhymes well enough with the other words to not be a problem, so it shouldn't be necessary to send a correction note on that one.
