Other than sour cream (which I love) I am looking for other suggestions to try. I am allergic to fish, but those who aren't would enjoy seeing recipes including this item.
Tonight as a first (for me) I put Laughing Cow Cream Cheese on mine. This cheese is similar to Dairylea or Primula in the UK. You know, those yummy triangle things....I want more!!

I like grated Cheddar cheese on mine, and also I empty out the jacket and mix grated cheese and seasoning and put that back into the jacket before putting the cheese on top. I then grill it until it is nice and melted and browned on top.

Yummy, I think I might well be baking some potatoes for dinner tonight. Thank you.
