Robert Ballard is in the news again. He's best known for discovering the location of the remains of the Titanic, and has also found those of the Lusitania and Bismarck. Now, he thinks he might have found the site where the WW2 patrol boat PT 109 was sunk when rammed and split by a Japanese destroyer. Its captain was the young future President John F. Kennedy. His heroism in the ordeal became the best-seller "PT 109". Kennedy himself picked Cliff Robertson to play him in the movie version. tjob};>
