Do any of you suffer with hay fever? If so, do you have any helpful tips to help others who suffer with this affliction? I have seen people go crazy sneezing and sniffling with itchy eyes during certain times of year. Any help would be appreciated.

i am one of those who have suffered for many years. I cannot use a lot of over the counter stuff but I can use Benadryl. It is the only thing that works for me FAST, and I usually only take one a day at the onset. Hope that helps.

I had hay fever when I was a teenager. The only thing that helped my eyes was eye- drops called Naphcon-A. It worked every time and I only had to use it 1 or 2 times a day compared to 4 times a day with other drops.

I was prescribed vasacon eye drops which worked great. They can be bought over the counter now. Also,to relieve those eyes it helps to lay down with a slice of cucumber on each eye. Very soothing (and helps those pesky 'laugh'lines.) I hope you are getting some relief JoJo now that allergy season is in full swing.

Thank you funzie. Actually I consider myself to very lucky. I don't suffer from hay fever, I was just thinking of all of members who might suffer and hoping to get some tips like yours to help them out. Thanks funzie for the info.
