HEALTH AND HEALING BATHS

Indian Mud Baths: For soreness
- Apply mud pack for 30 minutes before bath

Milk Baths: For smooth skin
- Add 1 cup powdered milk to bath water

Oatmeal: For itching dry skin
- 1 cup dry oatmeal to tub

Sand Baths: For aches & pains
- Apply sand pack for 30 minutes before bath

Vinegar Bath: For itching skin or sore muscles
- Add 1 cup vinegar to bath

BATH SALTS: Nothing is better than a bath when it come to relaxing away the stresses of everyday life. The addition of candles, scented soaps and bath salts can add just that little something extra that it takes to turn an ordinary bath into a magical experience.

BATH SALTS 1
3 cups of sea salt
2 cups of baking soda
1/3 cup of sunflower oil
Essential oils for scent

1. Mix sea salt and baking soda together in a large bowl.
2. Mix the sunflower oil and essential oils in a smaller bowl, till you get the scent you want.
3. Add the oils to the dry mixture and mix with your hands. (It should be a bit moist, but not too moist. Mine slightly clumps when I squeeze a handful of it).
4. To use, just add about a handful (or a 1/4 cup) to your bath and relax and enjoy.

Note: Adding sunflower oil makes a world of difference. Your skin soaks the oil right up, leaving it soft and hydrated without having to use commercial lotions.

BATH SALTS 2
3 cups Epsom or Sea Salts
2 cups baking soda
1 cup table salt
