Here are a few tips to perk up your eyes. Please remember to use extra care and cleanliness when working in eye area to prevent infection and damaged eyesight.

GROWING EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES
Use castor oil or olive oil on brows and lashes. Keep out of eyes!

BRIGHTEN THE EYES
(For tired, strained eyes)
Eyebright has always been a valued herb for eye care. It is used as an eye wash (1 teaspoon dried eyebright steeped in a pint of boiling water for 10 minutes. When cool, strain and store in sterilized bottle.)
- Eye cups are sterilized by boiling before sue. Use in eye cup as eye wash.
- Boric acid eye wash: follow instruction on package.
- Sterile salt water eye wash: 1/4 teaspoon sat to 1 cup boiling water. Cool.

RELAX YOUR TIRED EYES
Soak cotton balls in any of the following solutions and place them on closed eyelids while relaxing for about 10 minutes: Boric Acid solution; Eye bright; Fennel (herb); Milk (cold); Tea (cold); Chamomile Tea; Water (cold); Salt water (cold) (weak)

REDUCE BAGS UNDER THE EYES
(Also aids dark circles under eyes)
Place raw potato (grated) on eye area and relax for 15 minutes. Apply directly on skin as poultice, or place in soft cloth bag for easy handling. Repeat daily, until improvement is noted. Or Grate cucumber and place pulp on area once a day, until improvement.
