The next time a gang of youths confronts you asking for spare change, simply tell them that all you have is change for the bus and $50.00's. The youths will likely not have change for a fifty and will undoubtedly leave you alone. I haven't tried it myself but the logic seems flawless.

That's what I've been trying to figure out, too! I wasn't sure about the logic of the above, but I finally decided that it was just my brain that wasn't catching on completely! Glad to see I'm not alone!
