Here's how to get a nutritious, well-balanced meal without ever leaving your bar stool.

Begin with a Bloody Mary-the celery and tomato juice will pump you up with calcium and vitamin A.

Then pop some peanuts for a protein punch of muscle-growth enhancement.

Wash it down with a Lemon Drop shot, a terrific source of carbs and vitamin C.

Remember to keep yourself regular with a fiber fix of pretzels.

Finally, enjoy a cholesterol-free dessert by sticking your hand into the maraschino cherry bin.

Repeat for lunch.
