Horrible season so far from me, the Waratahs hadn't won overseas for three years, then when they finally do they win by 60, I mean c'mon!

Howie72 and George95 pick the week's spoons, but with just 4 rounds to go, we may well have the podium finishers coming only from among the top 4...there is a 5 point gap between the 3rd place and the next, which in this comp and going by the trends, will REALLY take something to overcome

One of those rare weeks where if you tipped you either get an award or a spoon ....6 of us landed a HoF and the rest 4 of us got a spoon each this week!
I am tempted to give wwe84 the sole HoF this week for picking a bonus point (he picked the Highlanders to win against the Blues), but since the rules don't allow it, he shares it with 5 others with the consolation of moving up a few notches on the ladder...
Sypher is in sole lead now with ozzz2002 picking a spoon this round.

One more competition comes to an end in our tipping comps and Sypher has added one more title to his cap. It turned out to be a comfortable march to the title in the end for him, with a clearly struggling ozzz slipping each round over the home stretch.
Defending champion Howie72 pushed past ozzz in the final round for the silver medal and ozzz2002 will be happy the comp ended when it did. One more round and he would probably have let a fast-improving N-Bomb go past him too! For the record, ozzz picked up 3 spoons in the last 4 rounds while N-Bomb won 4 awards in the last 5 rounds!
illiniman14 defaulted the final round, otherwise we may have had an even more interesting finish here. wwe84 faded away after a bright start but he has the consolation of winning the most bonus points this season.
paper_aero, gtho4 and George95 (the only 3 to not win a bonus point this season) were mid-table the whole season. srini701 and BxBarracuda were never in the hunt this season while Davjack and LeoDaVinci defaulted far too often to be in the reckoning anyway.
The league stage of the Super XV ended with the qualifiers line up scheduled as follows: Canterbury Crusaders vs Queensland Reds and ACT Brumbies vs Free State Cheetahs. The Semi-finals feature Waikato Chiefs vs Lowest-ranked winner of qualifier and N Transvaal Bulls vs Highest-ranked winner of qualifier.
