We have a three-way tie for first. Will they keep that up or will Dizart, who took this year's first Spoon, overtake them by season's end? We will answer that question in October.
Leo, your Blue Jays won, and thankfully, so did the Tigers. The Rangers weren't so hot this time, however, Josh Hamilton is 0-8 with at least four K's back at the Ballpark.

Gtho4 decided he had been in a double-digit place long enough and moved into joint 6th with his stellar picks of 12/15...the third week in a row that was the winning score.
Ozzz2002 decided to go for a couple of upsets, and he hit on both. Dizart joined him on the Cards loss. Those two games also were the only ones not decided after the regulation nine innings.

We are at the halfway point of the season, and there isn't a runaway this year...yet. No one has been more than three points above second place.
While away, Dizart decided to pick up extra points along the way. That run came to an end this week, as no one scored a bonus. Ozzz2002 is on his heels for bonus points. Maybe that is why they are the only two with three or more Spoons...?
Even with some of the low Spoon scores, both joecali and LeoDaVinci have fallen to the cellar. If someone new joins, the two of them will move up four points to move even with wwe84.
A couple of weeks ago, the A-H disparity was exactly 50%, with 82 games won at home and away. It's still in the high 40's% away wins.
BxBarracuda has tied the longest tenure atop the leaderboard with three straight weeks. The other to accomplish that was themonarch. Bx has one additional week but not consecutive.

What happened during July's run? A lot for Dizart, who has taken off and in second place, after six bonus points over the last four weeks, bringing his total to 15! He had as many bonus points this week as BxBarracuda had total points. Bx needs a new crystal ball after that pitiful fiasco. The only thing that stayed the same was N-Bomb's reign atop the leaderboard.
Minnsota scored as many runs as four other teams...who all won 1-0!
Oakland fans were happy to see the Rangers pull back so that they think they can win their division. Since these games played, the Rangers have won four straight, with three of them walkoff HRs. Last time a team swept a series on walkoff HRs was in May 1999!
Are we going to have to look at N-Bomb with the Biogenesis stuff?  Nope, he was tested and came out clean. Dizart did as well.

Much higher scores this week. We finally got out of our funk of staying around that 50% area with a 68% strike rate this week, which is our highest of the season.
N-Bomb seems to want to make it a runaway now, since he was five up on Dizart (in second) last week, and balloons it to six ahead of paper_aero this week. Methinks Dizart would rather I update every other week or so...he didn't pick up any bonus points this week.
There are four of us scratching our heads wondering why 12/15 didn't get a weekly win. Those said four need to ask paper_aero, illiniman14, and N-Bomb where they differed.
