Does anyone have any tips on helping me out with this hangover?

BANG, THUMP, BANG - that was me thumping my drum!! You have another hangover JoJo - what ever are we to do with you?

My sister swears by taking Ibrufen before she goes to bed if she has had a hard evening - stops it before it starts.

Drinks lots of water or juices to stop the dehydration. Ice cubes to the forehead and vow to take it easy next time!
