Hopefully this is just an entree and the main course will appear when ASADA finish their investigation. Melbourne FC would be nervous and sadly I think the cats should be but no-one will confront that elephant in the room. For those who don't know, the most successful team of the last 6 years, employed the same person who is alleged to be responsible for most of this, that being Dean 'The Weapon' Robinson". Article from Sept 2007, http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/rob...x-1111114519497 which discusses Dean Robiinson, Stephen Dank and how they have 'used' sports science to help 2 clubs, competing in the NRL & AFL finals, ie Manly & Geelong. Now if they had a regime of injecting Peptides, which are a Human Growth Hormone at Essendon, you have to wonder if anything similar happened circa 2006/2007. The regular season has ended, and our winner is.... N-Bomb! He took over the outright lead in Round 11 and resisted all attempts to dislodge him. He was also the only player to go spoonless for the entire season.

There were a few chasers- paper-aero was on his tail all the way, but could never quite bridge the gap. chogobad led for several rounds early in the season, and pipped MikeMaster99 for third spot. The tiebreaker had to be used to separate them.

George95 picked up the final HoF for the year and joined one-time leader and tipping comps stalwart, Sypher in equal fifth. There was a small gap to the rest of the field, most of whom were out of contention some weeks ago.

Thanks to all players, and hopefully St Kilda can make it to the finals next year.
