Me being super dooper organised got my boy his Easter Eggs weeks ago and they're sitting in the coolroom.

The boy then gets himself invited to a mate's place and the Mum there has eggs all organised too.

Soooooo, given that he won't be home until Tuesday morning, can I eat the Cadbury's Humpty Dumpty filled with smarties (natch!) that's sitting here looking at me?

No you cannot! Just imagine how traumatised he will be to arrive home on Tuesday to find that his beloved parents haven't bought him an egg.

He'll be getting eggs and lots of chocolate where he is .. aren't I thinking of his health and teeth by getting rid of even further chocolate??

Next year buy an extra one just for yourself.

Just unwrap the bottom a bit, and cut a small hole hole. That you, you can empty out the Smarties and pig out, without a guilty conscience.

Now, if the bunny should start to foam at the mouth and advance towards you, a justification could be made for consumption in self-defense. Aren't bunnies considered an invasive species in Australia and on the remove at all costs list?

I happen to know the Easter Bunny very well, he only foams at the mouth when he mistakes shaving cream for piña colada. I'm sure that if Copago is smarter than a average smartie she can work out how to remove the back of the egg and still make it look as though there's a whole one in the box. And if, note I said "if", she should happen to drop the box when giving it to her son so that it smashes, well how will he know it was a bit underweight?

Give him the money! I do not know one boy who would say no thanks.
